Reducing our greenhouse gas emissions:
In 2022, we engaged an independent emissions expert to quantify the volume of greenhouse gas emissions (scopes 1 and 2) generated across the Adairs Group - comprising of Adairs, Adairs Kids, Mocka and Focus On Furniture - and identify opportunities to reduce them. These findings will inform our emissions targets for 2025 an 2030 and will be reported on in the Sustainability chapter in our Annual Report.
Reducing waste being sent to landfill:
In 2022, we reviewed hard waste being generated from our head office, store network and warehousing operations, to quantify the amount of waste we send to landfill. We will use these findings to set our reduction targets for 2025 and 2030 and will report our progress in the Sustainability chapter of our Annual Report.
