'Shop The Look' is our new online feature that makes it even easier to bring our styled rooms to life. 'Shop The Look' allows you to easily identify and shop all items featured in a styled image.

While browsing our products online, simply look out for our 'Shop The Look' button, located at the bottom of the styled image on a product page. Selecting this button will open a pop-up so you can easily browse and shop the available items featured in the styled image.

Saving that one for later? You can now easily save your favourite items for another day, or to share your wishes with family and friends.

Once you find an item you love, click the heart icon to add it to your Wishlist. We recommended logging in or creating an online account to save your Wishlist for later and sync across all devices.

It’s now super easy to find your saved items. To view your Wishlist, click the heart icon at the top of the screen.

If you are experiencing issues with your promotional code being accepted at the checkout, please first check if the following:

  1. You have already used the code. Our promotional codes can only be used once, if you have previously used the code it won’t be able to be applied again.

  2. The items you’ve selected are ineligible for this promotional code. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the promotional code and ensure the items in your cart aren’t excluded from the offer. Ensure minimum spend requirements have been met.

  3. Make sure you entered the code correctly.

  4. Check the expiry of the promotional code. Some promotional codes are a limited time offer, or exposure after a set period of time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any items you add to your cart will be available for anyone to purchase until you have completed your order. During busy periods, it’s possible for items in your cart to sell out until your order has been confirmed. If you receive an error stating that you cannot checkout due to an item being unavailable, you will need to remove this item from your card to complete your order.

If there’s a featured item you cannot find in Shop The Look, this may mean the item is currently out of stock online.

Majority of our online products will have the Shop The Look feature available depending on stock.

You can easily browse through all images for each product featured in Shop The Look. If you wish to view more information about a particular product, simply click through on that item to read more.

If an item is no longer on your Wishlist, this may mean the item is currently out of stock online.

You can add multiple sizes of the same product to your Wishlist, but you cannot add multiple quantities of the same size. If you wish to purchase multiple quantities of the same size, we recommend you save the item to your Wishlist and when purchasing, simply move the item to your cart and update the quantity to the desired amount.

If you add any of your Wishlist items to your cart, these will not be immediately removed from your Wishlist. However, once you complete your purchase the item will be removed from your list.

No, you cannot reserve online items. We recommend you save your favourite items to your Wishlist to allow them to be easier to find and shop later. Stock will not be allocated until you checkout.
