Your member number can be found at the top and in the member details section of every promotional email you receive from us. It can also be found on the reverse of your physical card.

Where is my order?
During major Linen Lovers events and sales, online orders may take slightly longer to dispatch due to high order volumes. We will always endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible.

Delivery Delays for Queensland Customers
Our thoughts are with those affected by Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Due to severe weather, Australia Post and Active Logistics deliveries may be delayed, and post offices and warehouses in the impacted areas will remain closed for safety.

We want to inform you of a recent issue with Australia Post's tracking system.
If your order is being delivered in multiple parcels, Australia Post may mark the order as "Complete" after the first parcel is delivered, even though other items are still on their way.
