Oversized Item Delivery

To improve our delivery service for Oversized Items we are in the process of moving warehouses.

Due to this transition, we are unable to deliver within our normal Oversized Items delivery times, therefore please expect a delay in delivering your Oversized Item(s) to you.

What to expect while we are in transition?

Once you place your order for an Oversized Item on our website, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email from us confirming your order details, usually within an hour.

Dispatch of any orders for oversized items will only commence 20 business days from the day of placing your order. From the point your order is dispatched, state delivery times will then apply:

Please be assured, with the help of our delivery partner we are doing our best to finalise this transition to deliver your new item(s) to you as soon as possible.

Note, if your order contains both oversized items and standard delivery items, your standard delivery items will be dispatched separately via Australia Post.
