Delivery
Delivery Details
Adairs Online deliver to Australia Only
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 on all orders.
Product delivery should be within 10 working days. If stock is not readily available an Adairs employee will notify you of any delay.
Your products will be delivered via Australia Post Receipted Delivery. You will need to sign for your goods on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery your goods will be made available at your nearest post office.
An email will be sent to confirm dispatch of your order.
Furniture Deliveries
Furniture deliveries are made on Saturdays, available to Melbourne metro only with a delivery fee of $70.00
Changes to Orders
Payments for online orders are made through a secure processing site - because we don't retain your credit card details, existing orders cannot be modified.
Returns

Online Accounts
Account Setup
When shopping with Adairs Online, you can create an online account to save your personal details and order history. After completing your first order, we'll prompt you to enter a password and complete the account setup process.

Password Recovery
For security reasons, we store all account passwords in an encrypted format. If you've lost the password for your online account, you can complete this form and we'll email you a link to reset your password.
If you no longer have access to the email address that was used to create your account, you'll need to register again
Linen Lovers
If you're an Adairs Linen Lovers Club member, you'll need to create an online account and enter your LLC card number in order to receive discounted pricing. If you've never made an online purchase before, it's best to setup your account before adding products to your cart.
Please note that your LLC number (generated by Adairs) is different to your online account password (specified by you when setting up a new account).

What are the exact sizes of quilt covers?
SB = Single Bed 140 cm x 210 cm
DB = Double Bed 180 cm x 210 cm
QB = Queen Bed 210 cm x 210 cm
KB = king Bed 245 cm x 210 cm
What does the term 'Tailored Pillow Case' actually mean?
A Tailored Pillow Case is a pillow case with a decorative hemmed border around all four sides.
What does the term 'Pillow Sham' mean?
A Pillow Sham is a quilted pillow case used for decorative effect. They are often made using the same cover fabric as the quilt or you can use a different fabric to create contrast.
What does the term 'Coverlet' mean?
A Coverlet is an old fashioned term for a Bed Cover/Throw/Blanket; it is not a quilt cover.
What is Thread Count?
The Thread Count tells you how many threads there are per square inch in a certain fabric. Usually a higher thread count indicates better quality and higher durability.
What is included in a Quilt Cover Set?
A quilt cover set includes a quilt cover and pillow cases. If "set" is not used in the description, the pillow cases will need to be purchased separately.
What is included in a Sheet Set?
A sheet set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillow cases. If "set" is not used in the description, the pillow cases will need to be purchased separately.
